Question 1

How much does a brand refresh and website cost?

Accepted Answer

Project pricing depends on scope, speed, and complexity — but most KHULA projects fall into one of two categories.

Fast, simplified website launches (The Brand Accelerator) will give you an updated brand kit and a single landing page, launched in six weeks. If you need a whole new look fast for less than $5k CAD, this is for you.

More robust website projects (Full Refresh) that need more pages, custom coding, and deep customer and competitor research can run anywhere from $10k CAD and last about 8-12 weeks.

We’ll help you determine which direction makes sense based on where your business is, how fast you need to move, and what level of flexibility you need. If something is outside your budget or overkill for your situation, we’ll tell you that upfront.

How do we know KHULA is the right studio for our business?

Accepted Answer

If you’re a small, founder-led service-based business — and your brand & website doesn’t reflect your expertise — there’s a good chance we’re a fit.

We work best when you have a foundation to work from: a clear offer, a solid reputation, and a need for a stronger online presence.

We’re not here to “figure out what you want to be someday.” We’re here to help your site match where your business actually is. If it’s not a fit, we’ll tell you honestly. Fit matters to us, too.

Question 3

How involved will I need to be during the project?

Accepted Answer

You’ll be involved at key moments, but not buried in decisions. We do the heavy lifting so that you can just give us your thoughts and a green light.

Your dedicated single point of contact will handle the entire process, set clear checkpoints, and let you know exactly when your input is needed. Most clients will spend 3-5 hours on calls with us, and an additional 5-15 hours time reviewing our work for approvals and feedback, depending on the scope of their project.

What happens after the website launches? / Do you offer ongoing website support?

We don’t see a launch as a finish line. It’s a handoff for your next thing.

Many clients continue with KHULA through ongoing website support, which covers updates, refinements, and general “can you handle this?” needs as your business evolves.

Either way, you’re not left on your own unless that’s what you want.
